Parts Warranty for complete peace of mind

Every service includes a 12-month warranty† on all parts and labour for added reassurance.

†The Parts Warranty excludes coverage for indirect losses such as time off the road, faults from improper installation, or issues caused by modifications, accidents, poor maintenance, or failure to follow Dacia’s recommendations.

It does not cover damage from normal wear and tear (unless due to a manufacturing defect), environmental factors like pollution or bird droppings, use outside recommended conditions, or events beyond Dacia’s control such as floods or vandalism.

Non-approved accessories, incorrect fitting, and labour costs from non-Dacia garages are also excluded.

Why you should stick to the Dacia servicing schedule

All vehicles need maintenance and servicing.  Regular servicing is important to:

  • prevent any mechanical issues and breakdown
  • ensure your vehicle runs efficiently and smoothly
  • help with your re-sale value

You can find out online when your next scheduled service is due by simply logging into your My Dacia account. You can find the recommended service schedule and view your servicing history* in the maintenance section of My Dacia.

🔧

Protects warranty

Following Dacia's manufacturer’s service schedule ensures your vehicle remains compliant with warranty terms. Skipping recommended checks or using non-approved parts could void coverage, leaving you responsible for expensive repairs. Regular servicing provides documented proof of maintenance, giving you peace of mind that warranty claims will be honored if issues arise.

⏱️

Prevents costly repairs

Routine servicing helps detect wear, leaks, or minor faults early before they escalate into serious, expensive problems. Simple tasks like replacing filters or topping up fluids cost little compared to major engine repairs. Preventive maintenance keeps small issues from snowballing into major breakdowns, saving you money and hassle long-term.

🛡️

Maintains safety

Safety-critical systems like brakes, steering, suspension, and lights rely on regular checks to function properly. Servicing ensures these components stay in top condition, reducing the risk of accidents caused by worn parts or overlooked faults. A well-maintained vehicle offers better handling, reliability, and peace of mind for you and passengers.

Frequently asked questions

How often should I service my Dacia?

You should service your car in line with the Dacia servicing schedule (every 12 months, but the work involved will differ each time, to ensure everything runs as smoothly).

Will servicing with a non-dealer invalidate my warranty?

Your warranty might be invalid if the garage doesn't use genuine Dacia parts. Here at Harts of Honiton, because we are a specialist Dacia service centre, we always use genuine Dacia parts that come with 12 months warranty.

What should I bring when I bring my car in for service?

You just need to bring along your service book (if you have a physical copy).

How long will the service take?

This depends on the service level, but we recommend leaving your car with us for the full day where possible. We will service your car whilst you are at work or we can provide a courtesy car for you.

What if I miss a service?

If you miss a service, you may invalidate your warranty, so it's always recommended to keep in line with Dacia servicing schedule.

What areas are covered

We are based in Honiton, Devon, but we mainly cover the Exeter, Honiton, Taunton, Tiverton, Exmouth, Seaton, and Sidmouth.

Harts of Honiton Ltd is an Appointed Representative of Automotive Compliance Ltd who is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA No. 497010). Automotive Compliance Ltd’s permissions as a Principal Firm allows Harts of Honiton Ltd to act as a credit broker, not a lender, for the introduction to a limited number of lenders.

We are a credit broker and not a lender. We can introduce you to a carefully selected panel of lenders, which includes MotoNovo Finance. We act on behalf of the lender for this introduction and not as your agent. We are not impartial, and we are not an independent financial advisor.

Our approach is to introduce you first to MotoNovo Finance, who are usually able to offer the best available package for you, taking into account both interest rates and other contributions. If they are unable to make you an offer of finance, we then seek to introduce you to whichever of the other lenders on our panel is able to make the next most suitable offer of finance for you. Our aim is to secure a suitable finance agreement for you that enables you to achieve your financial objectives and which you are eligible for from our panel of lenders. If you purchase a vehicle, in the majority of cases, we will receive a commission from your lender for introducing you to them which is either a fixed fee, or a fixed percentage of the amount that you borrow. This may be linked to the vehicle model you purchase.

Different lenders pay different commissions for such introductions, and MotoNovo Finance may also provide preferential rates to us for the funding of our vehicle stock and also provide financial support for our training and marketing. But any such amounts they and other lenders pay us will not affect the amounts you pay under your finance agreement; however, you will be contributing towards the commission paid to us with the interest collected on your repayments. Before we propose you to a potential lender, we will inform you of the likely amount of commission we will receive and seek your consent to receive this commission. The exact amount of commission that we will receive will be confirmed prior to you signing your finance agreement.

All finance applications are subject to status, terms and conditions apply, UK residents only, 18s or over. Guarantees may be required.
